Community Rules

1. Be RESPECTFUL and productive

    - This isn't social media, this is our community. We build eachother up. If you have nothing nice to say, then dont say anything.

2. No foul or profane language

    - If a four year old can't say it to their pre-K teacher, don't use that language here. We respect one another.

3. No debating or Trolling

    - Discussion, credible information sharing is what we are here for. No need to debate or try to debate topics here. If you can tactfully and respectfully inform someone great. If not, refer back to rule number 1.

4. Focus on Fitness and Community

    - No politics, religion or Anti-USA verbiage. We are a USA based company and want to keep focus on fitness and community.
